Chronic gas, bloating, unsatisfying bowel movements and chronic fatigue are NOT normal!
These are signs of imbalances in your gut that need to be addressed.
I remember cleaning up my diet and being consistent with workouts to loose the last 15 lbs after having our twins and I struggled MORE with GI symptoms making healthier choices which was super frustrating. Like what the heck body?!!
Ends up, I had gluten sensitivity along with other food sensitivities and had dysbiosis in my gut which essentially means an imbalance of the microbiota. I had a low secretory IgA, my immune system was tanked (70% of our immune cells reside within our gut) which is also why I was getting every illness the kids would bring home and one reason why I had so many food sensitivities.
My adrenals needed love and support and I had to implement stress management tools daily to keep them in check as a busy mom of 3 kids 17 months apart.
No you are not broken and you don’t need to suffer with these symptoms forever. Your body is giving you signals to dig further to support it.

A year of faithfully waiting….
In 2 weeks, we will start on a BIG exciting yet terrifying adventure as a family. We are moving to Clarksville Tennessee. 🎶 👢 🤠
We’ve been torn to finally take the leap because that means leaving our family and friends here in CA who we love and value so much. There comes a time in life however when we need to make the hard decisions for our immediate family to have and create the life we desire and dream of for our children.
Sometimes in order to grow, you have to do the things that absolutely scare the shit out of you.
We are moving out of CA and to TN for MANY reasons. Yes we are excited but also full of fear of the unknown and “what if this doesn’t work”. We’ve been praying hard for Gods direction and guidance and over the last couple months he’s lined things up perfectly.
We had planned to move out of state last summer BUT God had other plans for our family and I’m so thankful that we waited. We lived with my in laws this past year and I could do an entire separate post on how much of a blessing they have been to Mike, myself and the kids during this year of “waiting” for clarity and plans to unfold.
We are starting fresh. New city, new state, new friends and new job for Mike. It’s freak’n scary.
We ask for your prayers…..
Prayer for friendships, for Mike to enjoy and thrive in his new job, for us to be fruitful as a family, and for our family and friends here that we will be missing BIG TIME. Pray that Gods plan continues to unfold for our family and for peace during this huge transition.

Micronutrient testing can give us helpful information and help us tailor your nutrition and supplement plan.
This test can also lead us to further testing in some situations to identify the WHY behind those deficiencies or insufficiencies especially when we see certain trends.
